Warranty / Guarantee

This guarantee does not, however, extend to misuse where the products has either been abused or used for purposes other than for which it was designed. Regular maintenance is required to be done in accordance with the instructions to comply with the warranty. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Maintenance for Locks
Clean and lubricate lock regularly with powdered graphite or light spray oil (WD40 or equivalent). Steel products & components will overtime show signs of corrosion / rust. This is normal and by following the maintenance instructions on a regular basis will keep the lock functioning.

Maintenance and Cleaning for Post Boxes
Clean regularly with a damp cloth. Avoid the use of abrasives or chemical cleaners. Use a good quality car wax to keep your post box in good condition. For stainless steel, use a stainless steel cleaner. Salt, especially in coastal areas can damage materials. Extra care and cleaning is required. Follow maintenance of lock for the cam lock.
